LED Guidance System

The emkon. operator guidance system indicates by means of installed LEDs, where in the product flow of a machine a fault occurs and which kind of fault it is. At our pouch packer emkon. FLEX there is, for example, the possibility to track defective pouches over the entire production flow. The operator has also the possibility to trace the flow with a printed code. Downtime is reduced, the production keeps going and the operator remains stress-free. For the first time it is possible to still identify faults previously detected.
